Designing a brand for hand-picked luxury scrap.
In times of increasing consumption our societies more and more become „throwaway societies“. Planned obsolescence distorts our valuation of products and resources, resulting in hardly recycled, growing piles of rubbish all over the planet and thus an irrecoverable waste of resources. My bachelor-thesis „Wertstoff“ picked up this problem, drafted and branded a ficticious company in order to increase awareness of the value of our resources.
